| Basic background |
| Infuriated with her middle-class, thoroughly boring family, Lolita remembers being jaded all her life. Instead of dreaming about princes and fairy tales as a child, she read up on Latin American revolutionaries and, eventually, George Orwell, triggering dreams of political activism, exploration, and the vaporizing of all "damsel-in-distress" stereotypes. This disappoints her plain, frumpy parents, who want nothing more from her than for her to just get married, give them grandchildren, and help run their Diagon Alley bookstore. Eh. |
| Basic personality |
Tough, smartass Lolita is a hard nut to crack. She is virtually fearless; her only phobia is a fear of becoming a typical housewife, stuck in life with nowhere to go. Instead she wants ocean, mountains, rainforests, rivers—the great outdoors. With an iron will and street smarts, she'd be running the mafia in a crime-riddled city within three days of arriving there. Figuratively, that is.
A bit of a tomboy and having no interest in girlish pastimes whatsoever, she plays football (the Euro kind), polo, and Quidditch, but would rather not play for the school because of its primary dependence on males, and how many male students refuse to recognize that girls can be tough.
Key advantages include refusal to conform, perseverance, and--if you can call it an advantage--distaste for overly-fake, bubbly behavoir.
Key weakness include some sort of "inferiority complex", pessimism, claustrophobia, and unnecessary aggression. Cough.

| Relationships |
Friends are few and far, but Troy (![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) frogleygoof), Avis (avis_abernathy), and Ben (ben_connelly) come close enough.
Er...Troy's case brings about a lot of unsaid...things...that Lolita would prefer to keep unsaid, thank you very much.
She finds the idea of "enemies" rather petty, but will grudgingly admit she hates shallow whores and flirty blondes, as a rule. And a lot of Troy's past girlfriends, though she'd never say that. |
| The future |
There is some vague idea of Troy and Lolita ending up like David and Victoria Beckham, but for the most part, this is just a tentative idea, a suggestion.
What's infinitely more logical is that she may take a ministry cabinet job and end up like Condoleezza Rice: single, influential, severe, conservative, and always looking vaguely angry. |
